Payments

All our monthly ongoing invoices for IT services are collected by Direct Debit. Invoices are created on the first of the month and payment is collected as per the terms of our agreement. Payments for other works are payable by bank transfer and we do have the facilities to take a payment by card or via PayPal.

Services are usually subject to a minimum period of 12 months. After the initial 12-month period, services can be terminated by giving a notice period of 60 days in writing. Payments will be collected by Direct Debit as normal during this time.

Our team can provide both! Depending on the scale of the issue, we can provide remote or out-of-hours support to help minimise business disruption. We like to build long standing relationships with our clients to help your business grow and develop.

We offer a free telephone consultation with you to listen to and assess your pain points to see if we would be the best IT provider for your business. We will also conduct a site visit to assess your current infrastructure and options to find the best solution to fit your business.

Our experienced team endeavours to ensure there is minimal disruption to the day-to-day running of your business as they are implementing your new IT systems, including working out-of-hours.

We offer a variety of support packages which have guaranteed response times. This will vary depending on the level of support you have in place.

We don’t repair devices, however our expert team can help with retrieving any data and files you might have lost from the damaged devices.

The installation of wireless access points is a great way to increase Wi-Fi strength and stability whether this is in your office premises, between factory floors and the office, or within a home office environment. Amongst the products we use are the Ubiquiti Wireless Access Points, a standalone device which gives you a secondary wireless access hub to connect devices such as computers, tablets, smart speakers that may not have good access to your main router.
